It is my now my PURPOSE and RESPONSIBILITY

To grow this tiny, sacred piece of oak-speckled Texas prairie into a living, sustainable lightening generator for the peace movement. A Camp David for the rest of us, and hopefully others like us from around the world.

Why Central Texas? Well let’s take a closer look at Crawford. Local Residents tell me that the farm labor party used to be very strong here.

Now every one of its 750-some citizens knows, that the sleepy farm town of Crawford will now unfortunately go down in history as the ranch home of America’s Rogue President George W Bush.

Nowadays, the sight of news and government choppers, military and corporate jets winging in from the big Texas sky is routine, as familiar as the stretch limos and motorcades barreling through the tiny downtown streets , bearing the power-elite as they slip in for their heavily-guarded secret meetings

And whenever Bush and his corporate cronies come to town so do we, from parts near and far, to stand outside the high security checkpoint, protesting the illegal occupation of Iraq. Our continued civil disobedience here is a powerful symbol of our constitutional rights in action.
